Morgan Stanley Growth Fund
Morgan Stanley Growth Fund is an open-ended equity fund w.e.f. January 19, 2009
and the objective of the fund is to achieve long-term capital appreciation by
investing primarily in equity and equity related securities of companies having
large market capitalization.

Morgan Stanley A.C.E. Fund
An Across Capitalisations Equity Fund, Morgan Stanley A.C.E. Fund is designed
to generate long-term capital growth from an actively managed portfolio of
equity and equity-related securities including equity derivatives.

Morgan Stanley Multi Asset Fund
Plan A:
The Scheme seeks to generate regular income through investments in debt &
money market instruments, along with capital appreciation through limited
exposure to equity and equity related instruments.
Plan B:
The Scheme seeks to generate regular income through investments in debt &
money market instruments, along with capital appreciation through limited
exposure to equity and equity related instruments and provide diversification
by investing in Gold ETFs.
Plan A and Plan B will have separate portfolios.

Morgan Stanley Liquid Fund
The investment objective of the Scheme is to provide returns, commensurate with
low risk and high liquidity, through a portfolio of money market and short-term
debt securities with residual maturity of up to 91 days.

Morgan Stanley Active Bond Fund
The objective of the fund is to generate optimal returns through active
management of the portfolio consisting of debt and money market securities.

Morgan Stanley Short Term Bond Fund
The objective of the fund is to generate income from a diversified portfolio of
short to medium term debt and money market securities.
