Statutory Details

Morgan Stanley Mutual Fund has been set up as a Trust by Morgan Stanley (liability restricted to the seed corpus contributed.) The Board of Trustees of Morgan Stanley Mutual Fund has appointed Morgan Stanley Investment Management Private Limited (MSIM) as the asset management company. For the purposes of this Section (i.e. Important Legal Information), "Morgan Stanley" shall mean individually or collectively, Morgan Stanley Mutual Fund (the "Fund"), Board of Trustees of Morgan Stanley Mutual Fund, Morgan Stanley Investment Management Pvt. Ltd. and Morgan Stanley (the "Sponsor") and its affiliate, associate companies and each of its Directors, employees and authorized agents.

Intended Use and Limitations

This Website contains information about the schemes of Morgan Stanley Mutual Fund (‘MSMF and/or "the Schemes’). We are not responsible for them and will not be liable to you or anyone else for any damages or otherwise in connection with any messages sent by you to us or any message sent by us to you over the internet.
